Maybelline Babylips available in UK
Maybelline Baby Lips finally availble in the UK (includes swatches)
Finally they have arrived in the UK, you can buy them from boots http://www.boots.com/en/Maybelline-Baby-Lips-Lip-Balm_1365477/
and superdrug http://www.superdrug.com/lips/maybelline-baby-lips-balm-hydrate/invt/706858&bklist=
They are the same price on both sites but I would recommend buying them from Boots because they have a 3 for 2 offer on maybelline products, so you get one free!
To start off with I bought three; Pink punch, Cherry me and Hydrate.
Here are the before and after shots of each.

Obviously, Hydrate is not tinted. My favourite tint has to be pink punch.
They smell amazing; Hydrate has a slight citrus/fruity smelly, Cherry me has a very sweet smell and Pink punch has a very fruit smelly as well. The most scented is definitely cherry me. Even though they smell amazing, I find the smell does not last long which is a shame.
They aren't as tinted as I anticipated, if you are looking for colour the revlon lip butters are much better!
They are very hydrating and my lips do feel very soft afterwards, they're a bit like carmex, quite addictive, so I keep reapplying the product to my lips!
Overall, I did have high hopes for this product because of all the hype. I would definitely buy a few but lets be honest they are just a good lip balm. I was slightly disappointed as I thought the scent and tint would last longer. But I can't help but say I am still a big fan!

Benefit they're real vs Maybelline Great Lash
So here we have the UK's best selling mascara (benefit they're real) and Americas best selling mascara (Maybelline Great Lash). Which one is better? It's hard to say because I love them both so much, but I'm going to give it a go.
Price:
Benefit they're real £19.50
Maybelline Great Lash £4.99 (12.5 ml) [Price winner]
Length: Benefit they're real gives amazing length.
Disadvanatges:
Benefit they're real- Gets a bit clumpy when you first put it on
Personally, I don't like the plastic applicator but it is definitely not a reason not to buy it!
Maybelline Great Lash- does not give a lot of length or volume but is very natural
Many people complain that the applicator is too small, but for me it is the perfect size! It just comes down to personal preference.
Conclusion:
If you want a natural looking mascara Maybelline great lash is the clear winner. It is not clumpy at all, it doesn't smudge, it's amazing.
However, if you're looking for more of a 'stand-out' dramatic mascara, Benefit they're real, is probably the best mascara ever for that. It adds curl, volume and length to your lashes. I would recommend buying the smaller size which I believe is around £9 if you wish to try it out first as the full size is quite an investment! But, I am sure that you will not be disappointed.
